Nisin-An High-efficient Natural Inhibitor against Gram-positive Bacteria
Naray® Lactate Streptococcus is an antibacterial polypeptide produced by Streptococcus lactate. It can effectively inhibit the reproduction of Gram-positive bacteria and pathogenic bacteria that cause spoilage. It has a strong inhibitory effect on the thermotolerant bacillus, botulism and listeria.

a. Adding 0.2-0.3g/kg lactostreptococcus in meat enema, combined with other preservatives, can effectively extend the shelf life
b. Adding 0.1-0.2g/kg lactostreptococcus in milk beverage can make the product meet the quality requirements
c. Adding 0.2-0.4g/kg lactostreptococcus in chicken feet, combined with irradiation sterilization treatment, can effectively extend the shelf life

Product Parameters
Direction of use: prepare 5% aqueous solution with cooled boiled water or distilled water first. It would be the best to apply diluted citric acid or acetic acid solution with a pH value of 4. Then add the solution to the food and stir well. It would be also OK but not so strongly recommended to add powder nisin directly into foods and stir well.
